Better breathing can lead us to a healthy life. We breathe in and out more than 20,000 times a day. Breathing can help us change gears, it could enhance our health and sometimes, it can be the master key to self healing. Eight out of ten people all over the world are suffering from asthma. If we have a healthy lifestyle we can avoid asthma before it starts.

Understanding asthma is the key to prevent it. Unhealthy surroundings and dirty habits are some cause of asthma. The first thing that we have to do is to protect ourselves from this anxiety. Let's keep our lungs healthy, when your lungs are healthy and work properly, the air you breathe moves freely inside and out. Be aware of your breath and try to practice some simple exercise. If you are suffering from asthma it could help you feel better.

Some risk factors of asthma that cannot be avoided is the family history and age, but some can be avoided easily. Eat healthy, have a proper exercise, enough sleep and keep away from stress. If you are a smoker, start to avoid it as early as now. Smoking can be hazardous to your health. Remember that we only live once and to enjoy life, start living your life to the fullest.
